What We Do

Advisory Services

Capital structuring, project finance, and strategic advisory, delivered from Lima to institutional standards.

I

Capital Structuring & Raising

Design of equity and debt structures for projects and operating companies, and disciplined execution of the raise — from investment thesis to term sheet.

The work begins with the structure itself: how much equity, how much debt, on what terms, and in what sequence a project or operating company can actually carry. The firm combines the discipline of international capital markets with a depth of local access that global institutions cannot replicate, so the structure that reaches the market reflects operating reality as well as lender expectations.

Execution is disciplined and conflict-free. Antarumi Capital has no lending book and no trading desk — the only interest it carries into a raise is the client’s.

II

Project & Acquisition Finance

Bankable financial models, lender-grade documentation, and financing processes for development projects and acquisitions.

A financing process succeeds or fails on whether the model and the documentation survive lender scrutiny. Two decades spent as a lender within international banks inform how both are built — the firm knows how lenders will test a transaction because it has tested transactions from that seat.

That perspective extends across the table. Having priced risk as lender, adviser and sponsor gives a complete, 360-degree view of a transaction — how lenders will test it, how advisers will structure it, and how owners will live with it.

III

M&A & Strategic Advisory

Buy-side and sell-side advisory, partnership structuring, and strategic options analysis for owners and boards.

Owners and boards face the same question in different forms: hold, partner, or sell. The firm frames the options and the analysis behind each, drawing on working relationships with businesses, decision-makers and operators that extend from Lima’s boardrooms to the producing regions of the Andes.

In a sector where access determines execution, those relationships cannot be built from a desk abroad.

IV

Credit & Financial Analysis

Institutional-standard credit analysis and rating-methodology assessments that prepare clients for banks, funds, and export credit agencies.

Before a client approaches the market, the credit is assessed as the market will assess it: against the methodologies that banks, funds and export credit agencies actually apply. The output is a clear view of how a borrower will be seen, and of what has to be in place before it is seen that way.

This is analysis to institutional standards, delivered from Lima.
